The Mores brothers also fund the Mores Media Fellowship for the Iowa Newspaper Leadership Institute, a learning institute for community journalists in Iowa and was youngest ever to receive Iowa Newspaper Association’s Master Editor/Publisher Award.

Mores and his wife, Michelle, also established ISU Foundation insurance endowments for the ISU Alumni Association and the Greenlee School of Journalism. Mores and Michelle have been happily married for 54 years and have two sons, Marc and Michael, both of whom are Iowa State graduates.
