Circulation Sales Manager. Seeking Seekinga self-motivated, sales-oriented team player to execute various sales programs focused on building home delivery and single copy circulation for our weekly newspapers in our multiple distribution markets.
This role will be largely field-based, continuously working with our editorial and advertising sales staff to maximize market opportunity and building strong relationships in the communities that we serve. The circulation sales manager will be accountable for executing a number of programs, including: Direct subscription sales initiatives (including setting up foot crew and kiosk programs), retail outlet expansion, relationship building with store managers, recruiting independent carrier force and managing presence at town events.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff is essential. Multi-tasking and strong organizational and communication abilities a must. In addition, candidates must be PC proficient with experience with circulation.
